I first qualified as a massage therapist in 1993 and have spent the years since studying with some of the world’s leading massage instructors – refining my own massage style that is slow, firm and focused, and blends techniques from Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Structural Integration, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.

I’m a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and maintain clinics in Moffat (Mon/Tue) and Glasgow (Wed/Thur/Fri).
